Steven Hirschinger

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Hirschinger manages the day-to-day operations at Cyber Reliant. He is responsible for the facility, security, IT, finance, and HR. He has broad experience in non-profit, for profit and local government. Prior to Cyber Reliant, Steve was the ICBN (InterCounty Broadband Network) & Technology Manager for Howard County Government. This included helping to manage the ICBN fiber buildout statewide as well as ensuring security, connectivity and viability of life safety systems for police, fire / rescue and 911 as well as procurement and budget responsibilities. Steve is a proven leader and has served on several boards offering his time and knowledge to better serve the community. This has included being a past President, Secretary and Board of Directors member for InfraGard Maryland Members Alliance. InfraGard is a partnership between the FBI and members of the private sector. The InfraGard program provides a vehicle for seamless public-private collaboration with government that expedites the timely exchange of information and promotes mutual learning opportunities relevant to the protection of Critical Infrastructure. Steve holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University.
